Nifty Media index ended down 1.25% at 2003.55 today. The index is down 3.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Inox Leisure Ltd shed 4.61%, Saregama India Ltd gained 3.83% and Nazara Technologies Ltd slipped 2.62%. The Nifty Media index is up 11.00% over last one year compared to the 5.60% surge in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Metal index added 1.12% and Nifty Realty index is down 0.82% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 is down 0.09% to close at 16569.55 while the SENSEX has dropped 0.26% to close at 55675.32 today.
