Poonawalla Fincorp allots 87,115 equity shares under ESOP

Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 27,508 and 59,607 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 39.45/- & Rs. 38.21/- per share under Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 and Restricted Stock Option Plan 2014.

Pursuant to this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paidup equity share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs. 153,01,00,29 consisting of 76,50,50,149 Nos.
