ITC allots 88.50 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 88,50,130 ordinary shares of Rs 1/- each, upon exercise of 8,85,013 options by optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 13 July, 2022, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 1235,60,23,651/- divided into 1235,60,23,651 ordinary shares of Rs 1/- each/
