ITC allots 1.90 cr ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 1,90,61,710 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1/- each, upon exercise of 19,06,171 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 26 July 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1237,50,85,361/- divided into 1237,50,85,361 Ordinary Shares of 1/- each.
