Godrej Properties allots 12,281 equity shares under ESGS

Godrej Properties has allotted 12,281 Equity Shares of Rs.5 per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS. Consequently, with effect from June 7, 2022, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.139,00,01,740 consisting of 27,80,00,348 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
