Board of Indian Card Clothing Company recommends special interim dividend

Indian Card Clothing Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 June 2022, inter alia, have recommended the special interim dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
