The Board of Apollo Tyres at its meeting held on 12 August 2022 has approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis aggregating to Rs.1000 crore to be allotted, in one or more tranches, within the limits approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on 11 July 2022.
