Axis Bank allots 46,901 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 46,901 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 29 June 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,27,70,494 (307,13,85,247 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,28,64,296 (307,14,32,148 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
