Axis Bank allots 20,565 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 20,565 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 06 June 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 614,25,79,800 (307,12,89,900 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,26,20,930 (307,13,10,465 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
