Adani Enterprises acquires 100% stake in VCPL

Adani Enterprises announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, AMG Media Networks (AMNL) has acquired 100% equity stake in VCPL, in accordance with the terms contemplated under the purchase agreement dated 23 August 2022 executed between AMNL, Nextwave Televentures (NTPL), Eminent Networks (ENPL, collectively with NTPL as Sellers) and VCPL. The acquisition cost would be at an Enterprise Value of Rs 113.74 crore.
