The Punjab state education board declared the results for class 10 exams on Tuesday

The Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) on Tuesday declared the results for class 10 exams and students can check their marks from10 am onwards tomorrow. The overall pass percentage was 97.94 per cent with girl ruling the charts.

Chairperson Yog Raj Sharma announced the Class 10 result in a press conference from the board office at 12:15 pm. 

This year, Punjab Board class 10 topper is Ferozepur's Nancy Rani by securing 644 out of total 650 marks. The first and second rank holders have secured the same marks, but because Nancy was younger she has been given the top rank as per the tie-breaker formula.

A total of 311,545 candidates appeared for their PSEB class 10 exam, of which 308,627 candidates passed. A total of 140,504 girls and 169,022 boys passed the exam. 

Students need to enter their roll number to check the their marks.

The Term 2 Exams for PSEB Class 10 were held from April 29 to May 19, 2022. 

The PSEB on June 28 declared the results for class 12 and recorded an overall pass percentage of 96.96 per cent. The PSEB Class 12 results saw girls performing better with a pass percentage of 97.78 per cent as compared to boys at 96.27 per cent.

Step 1: Go to the PSEB's official website at pseb.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the link that says "PSEB 10th Result 2022" on the homepage

Step 3: Enter your login information and submit

Step 4: Your PSEB Class 10 results will now appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the results and take a printout for future reference.
