Delhi’s winter pollution curbs: Pay double to park, 50% work from home

Delhi’s Winter Pollution Action Plan brings recurring restrictions on parking, office attendance, construction and vehicle movement. From November 1, parking charges at authorised sites will double, while government and private offices will operate with 50% attendance. Construction restrictions will tighten in phases from November. Vehicles will need valid PUC certificates, while non-BS-VI vehicles registered outside Delhi will face entry restrictions from November 1.
