EAM S Jaishankar met Sri Lanka's Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa and discussed with him the island nation's economic situation and India's support during its current foreign exchange crisis.

Amid escalating war between Russia and Ukraine, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that India will facilitate the possible evacuation of students through Russia's Belgorod and Kursk region.
