Photo bomb

A photograph has emerged of Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad with Bachcha Rai, an accused in the Bihar Intermediate Examination scam. This is a sort of deja vu for him. When the fodder scam broke in the mid-1990s, a picture had surfaced of Prasad with an accused in Ranchi. He had then claimed that being a politician, he often got clicked with strangers. He had also promised to be more careful in the future. Prasad seems to have forgotten that promise. Pictures have also emerged of Rai with Union Minister Giriraj Singh and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Several senior politicians had attended functions at Vishun Rai College in Vaishali where Rai was the principal.
