Wicket-keeper is vice-captain even without official declaration: MS Dhoni

Pune, Jan 13 (ANI): Spilling the beans on his plans of retirement right after the South Africa series in India, former Indian Cricket Team captain MS Dhoni said that the wicket-keeper is the vice-captain even if not officially declared.
