IPL 2019: Chahal shows optimism to remain in game, appreciates Hardik Pandya

Mumbai, Apr 16 (ANI): Mumbai Indians defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by five wickets in the 12th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Monday. Post match, RCB bowler Yuzvendra Chahal spoke to mediapersons about the match. Chahal said, "We still have 7 games left in the series and if we win 6 games continuously, we can still remain in the game. Like last year, even there was a team that qualified this way. So, we are still in the game and you never know what will happen next." He further said, "I think we bowled well till 18 overs but yeah, Hardik (Pandya) played really well." Chahal even talked about his excitement for his debut in the upcoming World Cup as a player. With this win, Mumbai Indians has now moved on to the third position in the league standings whereas, RCB is languishing at the bottom.
