Please refer to our letter dated December 16 2024 informing that Wipro (through its subsidiaries) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% shareholding in Applied Value Technologies Inc. Applied Value Technologies B.V. and Applied Value Technologies Pte Limited.In continuation to the aforesaid letter it is hereby informed that the transaction for Applied Value Technologies Inc. and Applied Value Technologies B.V. has been completed on December 16 2024. The transaction for Applied Value Technologies Pte Limited is expected to be completed at the latest by December 31 2024.
