Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday 25th December 2024 and the same shall open after 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ending on 31st December 2024.
