Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from January 1 2025 until 48hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31 2024.
