Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we would like to inform you that based onthe recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors in itsmeeting held on 17th January 2025 have approved the appointment of Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar (DIN:07268064) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company w.e.f.January 17 2025. The term of his appointment as an Independent Director will be for a period of 3(Three) years and the appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders.
