Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit that the Company has received GST Demand order from Assistant Commissioner CGST Panipat Division Haryana.
