Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st January 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial results i.e. upto 1st February 2025.
