In furtherance to our intimation dated 07.10.2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform that the Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders Agreement have been executed amongst Mahanagar Gas Limited International Battery Company Inc and International Battery Company India Pvt Ltd. (IBC India) today i.e. on 07.11.2024.As per the said Agreements the Company will hold not less than 40% of aggregate paid-up equity share capital of IBC India subject to completion of conditions precedent and obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals as may be required if any under the applicable law(s).
