Final Update On Transfer Of Cables Business Of KEC International Limited (Company) As A Going Concern On A Slump Sale Basis To KEC Asian Cables Limited Subsidiary Of The Company

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and further to our communications dated November 04 2024 and December 30 2024 please note that in terms of the Business Transfer Agreement entered into between the Company and KEC Asian Cables Limited (KACL) (BTA) consequent to satisfaction of conditions precedent agreed under the said BTA as on December 31 2024 the Cables Business of the Company has been transferred to KACL on a going concern basis via slump sale with effect from January 01 2025.
