In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window of the Company will be closed from Wednesday 1st January 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2024
