Initial public offering of 1,88,57,142^ equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 35/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 25/- per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 66.00 crores (Issue). The issue shall constitute 34.06% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. ^Subject to finalisation of basis of allotment The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10 each. The issue price is 3.5 times the face value of the equity shares.

Objective of issue

Funding incremental working capital requirements of the company. General corporate purposes.
