Quicktouch Technologies Ltd IPO Details

Intial public offer of 15,30,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Quicktouch Technologies Limited (Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 61/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 51/- per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 9.33 crores (Issue) of which 78,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 61/- per equity share aggregating Rs. 0.48 crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 14,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 61/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 8.85 crores is hereinafter refered to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.47% and 25.12%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price of Rs. 61/- is 6.1 times of the face value. Minimum of 2000 equity shares.

To meet the working capital requirements of the company. Acquisition of business in similar or complementary areas. General corporate purposes.
