Public Issue of equity shares comprising 11878138 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 76 for cash at a premium aggregating Rs 90.27 crore (hereinafter reffered to as the issue), including employee reservation of 878138 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 76 for cash aggregating Rs 6.67 crore and net issue of the public of 11000000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 76 for cash aggregating Rs 83.60 crore (hereinafter referred to as the net issue) and the issue would constitute 27.31% of the post issue paid-up capital of India Infoline Ltd.
