Initial public offering of 17,755,681 equity shares bearing face value of Rs. 10 each (the Equity Shares) of Carraro India Limited (the Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 704 per equity share bearing face value of Rs. 10 each (the Offer Price) aggregating to Rs. 1250.00 crores (the Offer) comprising an offer for sale of 17,755,681 equity shares bearing face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1250.00 crores by Carraro International S.E. (the Promoter Selling Shareholder, and such offer for sale, the Offer for Sale, and such equity shares bearing face value of Rs. 10 each, the Offered Shares). The offer constitutes 31.23% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
