Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations)

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations we hereby submit the disclosure regarding the Order passed by Office of the Commissioner (VAT) Sri Vijaya Puram South Andaman levying a penalty 325000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand) under Andaman and Nicobar Value Added Tax Regulations 2017.The details of the above Order as required under Regulation 30 enclosed in the Annexure A.
