Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from January 1 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2024 are made public.
