This is to inform that the manufacturing operations at the MDF plant of the Companys wholly owned subsidiary i.e. M/s. Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt. Ltd. situated at Village Sherpura Dist. Vadodara Gujarat is closed w.e.f. December 11 2024 due to breakdown of machinery. Necessary steps are being taken to resolve the issue which seems to be not a major issue and the facility is likely to resume production in next few days.
