Please take note that the Board at their meeting held today i.e. January 10 2025 considered andapproved inter alia unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter endedDecember 31 2024.Further the Board of the Company at their aforesaid meeting noted the order of the NCLAT sanctioning the scheme of amalgamation between NAM Estates Private Limited and Embassy One Commercial Property Developments Private Limited with Equinox India Developments Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors(Scheme) and advised the management team to take necessary steps and actions required to give effectto the Scheme. The Scheme shall come into effect upon completion of legal and other formalities includingfiling of certified copy of the Order with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies by the AmalgamatingCompany(ies) and the Company which will be intimated in due course.For more details please refer attachment
