Endurance Technologies Limited (Company) has informed that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st January 2025 up to 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024.
