Pursuant to Internal Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the company under SEBI(prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from 25th December2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Outcome of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 2nd January 2025.
