pursuant to Internal code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the Declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges for the Quarter ended 31st December 2024.
