Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with clause 12 Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations this is to inform that in terms of the Honble NCLT Order dated December 20 2024 in the matter of Company Scheme Application No. CA(CAA)/50/CHE/2024 Unsecured Creditors meeting scheduled to held on February 08 2025 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving with or without modification(s) the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Dalmia Bharat Refractories Limited and their respective shareholders.
