This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and specified connected persons will be closed for the purpose of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 with effect from January 1 2025 upto the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the said Financial Results.
