The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024.
