Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy of the Company we hereby intimate that the trading window for dealing in securities of Bayer CropScience Limited (Company) shall be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company commencing from January 01 2025 and the same shall be remain closed till the declaration of quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024 and two days thereafter.
