AU Small Finance Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (subject to Limited Review by the Joint Statutory Auditors) of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2024.Trading Window Closure: Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Banks Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading it is hereby informed that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday January 01 2025 till Sunday January 26 2025 and hence they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till Sunday January 26 2025.
