Rebel Maharashtra minister Eknath Shinde, who is now at the centre of a deepening political crisis in the state, arrived in Guwahati on Wednesday morning along with 40 other Shiv Sena MLAs. 

Upon his arrival, the Shiv Sena leader said, "A total of 40 Shiv Sena MLAs are present here (in Guwahati). We will carry Balasaheb Thackeray's Hindutva," quoted news agency ANI.
