Shriram Transport Finance Company has received No Objection from the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter dated 15 June 2022 to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Shrilekha Business Consultancy and Shriram Financial Ventures (Chennai) and Shriram Capital (with its remaining undertaking and investments) and Shriram Transport Finance Company (Company) and Shriram City Union Finance and Shriram LI Holdings and Shriram GI Holdings Private and Shriram Investment Holdings and their respective Shareholders (Scheme).
