Mukand announced that the Scheme of Arrangement amongst Mukand Sumi Metal Processing (MSMPL) and Mukand Sumi Special Steel (MSSSL) and their respective shareholders and creditors for demerger of Alloy Steel Business from MSMPL into MSSSL (Scheme of Arrangement) has become effective today i.e. 23 August 2022 upon filing of the aforesaid certified copy of Order of NCLT by MSMPL and MSSSL with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
