Mishtann Foods hit an upper circuit of 5% at Rs 11.90 after the company said that it good response for Mishtann Pink Rock Salt and has bagged orders from major retail stores for 1700 metric tonnes.
The supply of these orders will commence from July 2022, the company said in a statement on Wednesday."The company has journeyed into unchartered spheres and territories, elevating enroute the industry standards due to stringent quality control practices, is on a growth path with several new plans," it added.
Separately, the company said that its board will meet on 9 June 2022 to consider the allotment of 50 crore bonus equity shares, among other business items.
Mishtann Foods produces and sells wheat, toor dal and basmati rice under the brand name Mishtann in India. It reported a net profit of Rs 13.15 crore in Q4 FY22 as against Rs 0.35 crore recorded in Q4 FY21. Revenue from operations increased nearly 46% to Rs 153.47 crore in Q4 FY22 from Rs 105.18 crore posted in Q4 FY21.
