IIFL Wealth Management update on changes in directorate of subsidiary IIFL AMC

IIFL Wealth Management announced that Manoj Shenoy resigned as Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IIFL Asset Management (IIFL AMC) with effect from 18 August 2022. Further, Karan Bhagat, Co-Promoter and Managing Director of IIFL Wealth Management (Sponsor) is appointed as the Non-Executive Director of IIFL AMC effective from 19 August 2022.
