Home First Finance Company has allotted 9083 equity shares of Rs 2 each under ESOP. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 17,53,72,710 consisting of 8,76,86,355 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 17,53,90,876 of 8,76,95,438 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
