HDFC completes acquisition of balance 19.5% stake in HDFC Venture Capital

Housing Development Finance Corporation has completed the acquisition of 97,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of HDFC Venture Capital (HVCL) representing 19 .50% of its paid-up equity share capital, from State Bank of India. Pursuant to the above acquisition, HVCL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the corporation.
