Godrej Properties has receives upgrade in credit ratings from ICRA as under:

Fund based/ Non fund based facilities (Rs 2500 crore)
Long term rating - ICRA AA+; Stable (upgraded from ICRA AA; Positive)
Short term rating - ICRA A1+ (reaffirmed)

Non convertible debentures (Rs 1000 crore) - ICRA AA+; Stable (upgraded from ICRA AA; Positive)

Commercial paper (Rs 1500 crore) - ICRA A1+ (reaffirmed)
