Emami update on its shareholding in subsidiary - Brillare Science
Emami announced that the Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) held by the Company in Brillare Science, the Subsidiary Company have been converted into Equity Shares of the said Company, consequently the shareholding of the Company in Brillare Science, the said subsidiary Company has been increased to 72.02%
